Madhya Pradesh Board 5th and 8th Class Results Declared on RSKMP Website: Check Pass Percentage and Top Performing Districts
The Madhya Pradesh Board has officially announced the results for the Class 5th and 8th examinations today via the Rajya Shiksha Kendra Madhya Pradesh (RSKMP) website. The results were disclosed during a press conference, and now students and parents can access the scorecards on the RSKMP website. This year, a significant number of nearly 24 lakh students participated in the exams, with over 12 lakh in Class 5 and over 11 lakh in Class 8.
The previous year saw remarkable performances from various districts. Narsinghpur emerged as the top performer with a pass rate of 98.4%, followed by Dindhori with 97.3% and Anuppur with 97.1%. Noteworthy pass rates were also achieved by Alirajpur and Sehore, standing at 95.8% and 95.6% respectively.
Throughout the academic year, students and educators eagerly awaited the results. In Class 8, students from private schools achieved an impressive pass percentage of 90.60%, whereas the pass rate for government schools was 86.22%. These results shed light on the educational landscape in the region.
Interestingly, the overall pass percentage for Class 5 this year has seen a notable improvement. An astounding 91.53% of students successfully passed their exams, surpassing the previous year’s percentage of 82.27%. This indicates the commitment to academic excellence among students in Madhya Pradesh.
With rural schools outshining urban counterparts, the pass rates in Class 5 reflected this trend. Rural school students achieved a pass rate of 92.60%, while urban students secured a pass rate of 86.19%. Such disparities offer insights into the diverse educational experiences across the state.
