Marvel Rivals Introduces Invisible Woman and New Season 1 Rewards

Marvel Rivals, the popular hero shooter developed by NetEase Games, has launched its highly anticipated Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, introducing new characters, gameplay dynamics, and exclusive rewards. The season features the addition of two iconic Marvel characters: Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman, both of whom bring unique abilities to the game’s roster.

The Invisible Woman, also known as Susan Storm, has been introduced as a Strategist, a support role that allows her to heal, shield, and manipulate the battlefield with her versatile abilities. Her kit includes a projectile attack that can ricochet off surfaces, a Psionic Vortex to stall enemies, and Force Physics to push or pull opponents. Her ultimate ability cloaks allies in a massive circle, making her a game-changer in team-based combat.

Players who reach Gold rank in the game’s Competitive mode by April 11 will be rewarded with a free skin for the Invisible Woman, called Blood Shield. The skin features a black and crimson design with white and red hair, adding a striking visual element to the character. Additionally, a premium cosmetic bundle, Malice, is available for 1,600 Units, offering a darker, edgier look for the hero.

Season 1 also introduces a new battle pass, offering free and premium rewards. Players can earn Chrono Tokens by completing quests, unlocking skins for characters like Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch. The luxury version of the battle pass, priced at 990 Lattice, provides access to 10 skins and other exclusive content.

The season’s narrative revolves around Dracula‘s assault on New York City, with the Fantastic Four leading the charge to protect their home. Future updates are expected to add Human Torch and The Thing to the roster, further expanding the game’s diverse lineup of heroes and villains.
