Missing Tucson Boys Found Safe in Mohave County

TUCSON, Ariz. – The Arizona Department of Public Safety has canceled a Silver Alert for two missing juveniles from Saddlebrooke.
The boys, 11-year-old Leo Ayers and 15-year-old Julian Ayers, were located safely in Mohave County and are being returned to the Department of Child Safety, according to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.
The two boys disappeared on Monday night from near Rodeo Buckle Drive and Eagle Mountain Drive in Saddlebrooke. The circumstances of their disappearance prompted concerns, especially since Leo requires daily medications that he did not have with him, and Julian also has a medical condition that prevents him from caring for himself.
Authorities had believed the boys might have been with 18-year-old Madlyn Pence at the time. However, the details about her involvement are unclear.
This case highlights the importance of community awareness and the rapid response by law enforcement in ensuring the safety of vulnerable individuals.
The public is relieved to learn that the Ayers brothers are safe and receiving the attention they need.
