SUWANEE, Ga. – Former NBA star Dwight Howard has listed his luxurious 14-acre estate, Rose Hill Estate, for $11.25 million. The property, located at 5200 Moore Road near Suwanee Dam Road, is being represented by Kelly Anderson of Engel & Völkers Atlanta. Built in 2010 at a reported cost of $40 million, the European-style mansion boasts 10 bedrooms, 12 full baths, and nine half-baths.

The primary suite features a private balcony, two fireplaces, and separate baths and closets. The estate also includes six full kitchens with high-end appliances, a home theater, game room, gym, heated saltwater pool, half-court basketball court, and a private lake with a dock. Additional amenities include guest accommodations and a garage for over 10 vehicles.

Howard, who was born in Atlanta, spent his high school career at Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy. He entered the 2004 NBA draft as the first overall pick by the Orlando Magic. Over his career, he played for the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Washington Wizards, and Philadelphia 76ers.

The estate’s listing comes as Howard continues to explore opportunities beyond his NBA career. The property, known for its grandeur and extensive amenities, is expected to attract significant interest from high-net-worth buyers.
