President Biden Returns to the White House After Brief Absence
President Joe Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden have returned to the White House in Washington, D.C., after a brief absence from Wilmington, Delaware. The President and his wife departed Wilmington on December 19, 2024, and have now returned to their official residence at the White House.
This return comes as President Biden continues to manage various national and international affairs, including his upcoming trip to Rome, Italy, where he will meet with Pope Francis and other Italian leaders from January 9 to 12, 2025.
The Biden administration has been actively engaged in several key initiatives, such as investing in rural America through the ‘Investing in Rural America’ event series and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which aims to revitalize and rebuild rural communities across the country.
