Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G India Launch: Expected Features, Price, and Live-Stream Details
Realme is gearing up to introduce the latest addition to its mid-range smartphone lineup, the Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G, in the Indian market today. As a potential contender in the fiercely competitive segment, the Narzo 70 Pro 5G is expected to rival recently launched smartphones such as the Redmi Note 13, Poco X6 Neo, iQOO Z9 5G, and Nothing Phone 2a.
The key specifications of the Narzo 70 Pro 5G have been confirmed by Realme ahead of its launch. The smartphone will be equipped with the robust MediaTek 7050 chipset, offering up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Additionally, it will boast a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor for enhanced photography capabilities and a sizable 5,000mAh battery paired with a rapid 67W SUPERVOOC charger.
One of the unique features of the Narzo 70 Pro 5G is its ‘air gestures’ support, enabling users to execute certain functions on the device through hand gestures without physical contact. Realme asserts that the smartphone will support over 10 gestures, even extending the functionality to third-party applications for added convenience.
For improved usability, the Narzo 70 Pro 5G will come equipped with Rain Water Touch support, allowing users to navigate the device seamlessly even in wet conditions. Realme has also hinted at the presence of Realme UI 5.0 based on the Android 14 operating system, promising a significant reduction in bloatware by up to 65%.
While Realme has not disclosed the pricing details for the Narzo 70 Pro 5G, speculations suggest it could be priced under ₹25,000 in India, aiming to succeed its predecessor, the Narzo 60 Pro 5G, which was priced at ₹23,999. The official launch of the Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G is scheduled for 12:00 PM on March 19, with the event set to be live-streamed on the company’s official YouTube channel.
