Record Number of Students Eligible for JEE Advanced 2024 Exam, Registrations Begin Tomorrow

A record number of candidates have qualified to appear for the JEE Advanced 2024 exam, as announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The examination process began with JEE Main in January and April this year, leading to over 2.5 lakh students being eligible for JEE Advanced.

Registrations for JEE Advanced 2024 will commence from tomorrow, and eligible candidates can apply until the deadline of May 7. The increased number of candidates in this year’s exam has resulted in a higher cutoff for eligibility for the JEE Advanced.

Following the JEE Main results, the top 2.5 lakh students have been declared eligible to take the JEE Advanced exam. The application process for JEE Advanced will start from April 27 and close on May 7.

Students need to log in with their JEE Main application number and the password generated during the application process to apply for JEE Advanced. The JEE Advanced exam is scheduled for May 26, with Paper-1 from 9 AM to 12 PM and Paper-2 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

All candidates are required to appear in both papers of the exam. The results will be declared on June 9. Once the application process begins, candidates can apply online through the official website of JEE Advanced, jeeadv.ac.in.
