NEW YORK, Oct. 10, 2025 – Las Vegas Aces center A’ja Wilson and Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier were unanimously selected to the 2025 All-WNBA First Team, the league announced today. Both players received top honors from a national panel of sportswriters and broadcasters, earning 360 points each in the voting.
Wilson, the 2025 Kia WNBA Most Valuable Player, has now secured a spot on the First Team for the fourth consecutive year, while Collier, the runner-up for the MVP award, makes her third straight First Team appearance.
Joining Wilson and Collier on the First Team are Phoenix Mercury forward Alyssa Thomas, Atlanta Dream guard Allisha Gray, and Indiana Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell. This marks the first All-WNBA Team selection for Gray and Mitchell, while Thomas has been selected four times.
The 2025 All-WNBA Second Team features Seattle Storm forward Nneka Ogwumike, Aces guard Jackie Young, Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu, Fever center Aliyah Boston, and Dallas Wings guard Paige Bueckers. Ogwumike has now made the All-WNBA Team eight times, while Bueckers earned her spot in her debut season.
In the voting, players were assessed on a points system, with five points awarded for each First Team vote and three points for each Second Team vote. This approach allowed for a diverse selection of talent without regard for position.
Wilson, in her eighth season, averaged 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game, leading the league in scoring for the second consecutive season. Meanwhile, Collier averaged a career-high 22.9 points per game, contributing significantly to the Lynx’s successful season, which ended with a 34-10 record.
Thomas also had a standout year, leading the league in assists and achieving a record of eight triple-doubles during the regular season. Gray achieved her career-high averaging 18.4 points per game, while Mitchell ranked third in scoring with 20.2 points per game.
Each member of the First Team will receive $10,300, while Second Team members will earn $5,150 in recognition of their performances this season. The All-WNBA Team selections highlight the outstanding talent present in the league.
