Laufey to Bring ‘A Matter of Time’ Tour to Glendale

Glendale, Arizona – Pop sensation Laufey is set to perform at Desert Diamond Arena on Tuesday, Sept. 23, as part of her ‘A Matter of Time’ Tour. The tour celebrates her latest album, which reached No. 4 on the Billboard album charts, marking a new career high for the Icelandic artist.

Laufey’s album also topped the U.S. Independent, Vinyl, and Jazz Albums charts, and clinched the No. 1 spot in both Australia and Iceland. Raised between Reykjavik and Washington, D.C., Laufey has captivated fans with songs centered on love and self-discovery, including the double-platinum hit ‘From the Start.’

The concert will take place at Desert Diamond Arena, located at 9400 W. Maryland Ave., in Glendale, which is situated just west of downtown Phoenix in the Westgate Entertainment District. As of Sept. 16, tickets for the event were starting at $64.10.

English actress-singer-model Suki Waterhouse, known for her role in ‘Daisy Jones & The Six,’ will open the show. Waterhouse’s latest album, ‘Memoir of a Sparklemuffin,’ has received praise for its whimsical and self-aware collection of songs.

Doors for the concert open at 6:30 p.m., with the show starting at 7:30 p.m. Attendees are allowed to bring small bags, including crossbodies and clutches, but larger bags are prohibited. Guests can also bring one factory-sealed water bottle under 17 ounces.

Desert Diamond Arena will enforce security measures, including bag inspections and metal detector screenings. Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, and pets. Guests are reminded that the arena is cashless, with parking available for $15-$75 depending on location. Prepaid parking is encouraged for quicker access.
