Princess of Wales Shows Off New Hair Color at Church Visit

Balmoral, Scotland — The Princess of Wales revealed her lightest hair color yet during a recent family outing at Crathie Kirk on August 24.
Kate Middleton, 43, attended the church service with her husband, Prince William, and their three children: Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7. Photographers captured her new golden brown hairstyle as she arrived at the church.
In previous public appearances, Kate’s hair color was a richer shade of brown, marking a notable change in her look. She opted for loose waves and a stylish hat for the occasion.
This outing came during the royal family’s traditional summer retreat at Balmoral, a practice dating back to Queen Victoria‘s reign. The estate has been a beloved summertime location for the royals for over a century.
Also attending the service were other members of the royal family, including King Charles and Queen Camilla. They all gathered for the event at the royal family’s local church.
As the family made their way to church, Prince William was seen driving their Range Rover with Kate seated beside him. The couple’s children occupied the back seat, enjoying a relaxed family moment.
The visit to Crathie Kirk also came just days after Kate took a break from family time to support the England women’s rugby team on August 22.
Looking ahead, the royal family plans to move into a new home in Windsor Great Park before the end of the year, upgrading from their current Adelaide Cottage.
