Ryan Fitzpatrick Sand Sculpture

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Bills fans are gearing up for Thursday night’s game with a unique tribute to former quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. Local artist Eric Jones is crafting an eight-foot sand sculpture of Fitzpatrick, who is also a current Thursday Night Football analyst.

The sculpture, titled the “Fitz-Magic,” features a caricature-style bobblehead of Fitzpatrick, complete with his signature beard. Jones expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying, “Of course Ryan’s a big part of Thursday Night Football. Everybody loves Fitzy here in Buffalo, so what better thing to make than a giant caricature bobblehead made out of sand of Fitzpatrick and that iconic beard.”

The massive sculpture is expected to be completed just in time for the game on Thursday night. In addition to the sculpture, fans can participate in a Ryan Fitzpatrick look-alike contest during the Water Buffalo Club 716’s tailgate festivities.

The event showcases Fitzpatrick’s enduring popularity among Bills fans and celebrates the community’s lively spirit as they prepare for this prime-time showdown.
