‘Vanderpump Rules‘ star James Kennedy has been arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence, according to recent reports. The incident occurred on Tuesday night in Burbank, California, when police were dispatched to a home following a call about an argument between Kennedy and a woman.

Law enforcement sources indicate that a witness observed Kennedy and the woman, identified as his girlfriend Ally Lewber, arguing. During the altercation, Kennedy allegedly grabbed the woman, although no visible injuries were observed by the officers upon arrival.

Interestingly, Kennedy and Lewber had attended a holiday party at Kathy Hilton‘s home on the same night of the arrest. After investigating the situation, police determined it was a domestic incident, leading to Kennedy’s arrest for misdemeanor domestic violence.

Kennedy was released after posting a $20,000 bail. The Burbank City Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing the case for possible charges.

Kennedy and Lewber have been dating since January 2022, shortly after Kennedy broke up with his former fiancée, Rachel Leviss. As of now, there has been no comment from Kennedy regarding the incident.
