Xbox Game Pass September 2025 Lineup Features Hollow Knight: Silksong

REDMOND, Wash. — Microsoft has announced the Wave 1 lineup for the Xbox Game Pass in September 2025, which includes the highly anticipated title, Hollow Knight: Silksong, among several others.

Available today, September 2, players can dive into I Am Your Beast on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S through Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard. This short-form revenge thriller, described by Microsoft, puts players in the shoes of an individual hunted by the military-industrial complex in the North American wilderness.

Tomorrow, September 3, Nine Sols will join Game Pass Standard on Xbox Series X|S. This hand-drawn, 2D action-platformer features deflection-based combat and transports players through an Asia-inspired world with ancient lore.

The highlight of the month arrives on September 4 when Hollow Knight: Silksong lands on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. In this sequel to the acclaimed Hollow Knight, players will control Hornet, exploring a haunted land filled with new challenges. Microsoft promises a rich gameplay experience, focusing on exploration and survival.

Also on September 4, Cataclismo will launch on both Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, offering a real-time strategy challenge where players build fortresses to fend off hordes of enemies.

On September 10, PAW Patrol World will arrive across all Game Pass options, featuring family-friendly action in a world inspired by the cartoon. Players can complete missions with their favorite pups in single-player or co-op modes.

Wave 1 concludes on September 16 with RoadCraft, where players manage construction vehicles to rebuild roads and bridges after disasters.

Additionally, gamers can look forward to the Indiana Jones DLC, The Order of Giants, launching on September 4. Game Pass members can save 10% on this content.

The month will also feature an EA Play Early Access Trial for EA Sports NHL 26 on September 5, offering Game Pass Ultimate members up to 10 hours of gameplay.

As a reminder, some titles will be leaving Game Pass this month. Members can use a discount of up to 20% during this period to purchase any games they want to keep.
