PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Sep. 24, 2025 — AEW Dynamite delivered an electrifying night of wrestling, just four days after the high-stakes All Out event in Toronto. Fans packed the Petersen Events Center, eager to see title defenses and rivalries unfold.

In the main event, AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander faced off against Mina Shirakawa for her first title defense. Despite a valiant effort from Shirakawa, Statlander retained her championship after executing her signature seatbelt pin. As the champion celebrated post-match, she surprised everyone by delivering a lariat to Wheeler Yuta, sparking speculation about her allegiance with the Death Riders.

The night also featured the AEW World Championship match, where “Hangman” Adam Page successfully defended his title against Pittsburgh native Lee Moriarty. Page praised Moriarty post-match for pushing him to his limits when Moriarty nearly secured a victory with a springboard clothesline.

An exhilarating tag team championship match saw Brodido retain their titles against the Gates of Agony, aided by a swift roll-up from Bandido after chaos erupted at ringside when Ricochet was ejected for interfering.

In another impactful moment, Orange Cassidy returned to AEW, joining Mark Briscoe and Hologram in a triads match against the Don Callis Family, ultimately leading to a win for the Conglomeration.

AEW CEO Tony Khan made a significant announcement regarding the upcoming introduction of AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships, aiming to elevate the women’s division further.

With the 6th Anniversary of Dynamite approaching, intense rivalries are shaping up, particularly the looming challenge from Darby Allin towards Jon Moxley for an I Quit Match at WrestleDream.
